According to this you need a Kia-Wakale (I think they are all the same) as the driver and have it signed to you.
You can get these from a store (probably one close to where you live) or you can go to a car showroom, where you will have to pay about €50 (and that includes the vehicle and shipping), but chances are high that you will get this vehicle delivered to your home.

Trying to make a Circular Dial
